Tocara sends a prepaid return label. It is the Customer’s responsibility to use proper shipping and packing materials to protect the jewelry being returned (we suggest using a padded envelope and a box). Tocara is not responsible for lost or misdirected mail. Items lost in shipping back to Tocara or damaged due to improper packaging will not be refunded or exchanged.

Tocara will only issue a refund on jewelry returned in new and unworn condition (with original receipt of proof-of-purchase). Refunds are not available after 30 days. Only the value of the item is refunded (not the shipping and handling charges).

Consultants are eligible for an exchange only if the item is defective within the 30 days after the receipt of the item.

Consultants are not eligible for refunds.

It’s important to keep your original receipt. It contains your order number and all the important information in case you need it.

Slight irregularities and variations in silversmith work or in natural stone colors and inclusions are characteristic of the uniqueness and individual handcraftsmanship of the product and should not be considered as defective.

Replacement of lost stones during the 6 months after purchase is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
